God, I love everything about this chapter; this story just keeps getting better and better. Tom and Janni together are so cute and sweet, and he's such a good dad.

The scene where they tell each other they love each other is so beautiful; so sweet and languid. I could really feel Tom's anxiety but also his...determination? He wanted to get that out there, and Bill was so clearly pleased to give it back.

Georg and Gustav definitely provided a contrast to so much love and light. I know Tom doesn't want to hear it, but Georg has some good points to make. And the way Tom reacts to them makes it clear he's not going to stay in the closet and he's not going to deny his relationship with Bill, and that makes me respect him even more!

It's glorious to see Bill and Janni interacting so well, too, to the point where Janni asks if she's going to have a daddy and a daddy. ♥ I think it's easier than Bill thought it would be, which is great. (Of course, he'll probably be flustered at the first temper tantrum he has to witness or deal with.)

I think in the back of my head I've got this idea they're going to be forced out of town and I'm hoping it's not true, but more than anything I want a happy ending for all three of them. Where they all stay together!

I'm thoroughly hooked on this story and, as always, can't wait for more.
